NUTRITION SUPPORT
Each animal that visits the Woodlands Animal Care Center is carefully examined for special needs, as well as has their diets assessed. We counsel clients on appropriate diets for animals with weight problems (under or overweight), and carefully discuss allergic conditions, chronic problems and systemic illnesses.
We also offer programs for weight control, including:
- Decreasing Bulk
- Increasing Muscle Mass
- Improving Cardiovascular Health
Painful conditions, especially those involving the musculoskeletal system, such as osteoarthritis, are complicated by obesity.
